We are currently in dispute with the University of Aberdeen over the failure to rule out compulsory redundancies as part of the ‘Adapting for Continued Success’ programme, as well as refusing to enter meaningful negotiations with UCU over these proposed changes, and the freeze to academic promotions.
The branch has called four days of strike action on 12, 13, 17 and 18 March 2026.
